Opening of exhibition and forum on technology and innovation in the hotel industry

The event was organized by the Vietnam Hotel Association (Vietnam Tourism Association) in coordination with Ariyana Danang International Convention Palace.

During the two days of the event, there will be many seminars including 40 presentations, discussions on applying new technology, digital transformation and hotel operations management in the new era.

On this occasion, there is also an exhibition with nearly 50 booths displaying and introducing technology products and services - tourism products.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Do Hong Xoan - Vice President of Vietnam Tourism Association, President of Vietnam Hotel Association said that this is the first time an exhibition of this scale in the hotel industry has taken place in the Central region. The event helps the regional hotel industry to strengthen integration, access data and innovative technology to contribute to promoting sustainable tourism development.

“HORECFEX Vietnam 2024” is an annual event promoting innovation and growth for the Vietnamese HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering) business community.

HORECFEX's mission is to find and facilitate businesses in the hotel, restaurant and food service industry to improve customer experience, service quality, and optimize operational management.

The event helps connect businesses in these fields with suppliers of innovative solutions and technologies for the industry, creating an important basis for the process of orienting businesses in their future innovation strategies.
