Giving gifts to policy families, poor households, and households in difficult circumstances.

At the program, 300 elderly people in difficult circumstances received health consultation, examination, blood pressure measurement, internal medicine examination and free medicine from doctors of Cho Ray Hospital ( Ho Chi Minh City). At the same time, the Organizing Committee presented 400 gifts to students, each gift including: Backpacks, notebooks, tool bags, helmets...; awarded 120 scholarships to excellent students, students in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND; presented 100 gifts to policy families, poor households, households in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND.

The total cost of the gifts is nearly 400 million VND, co-sponsored by the Medical Team of Cho Ray Hospital, Southern Youth Center, Hoan Phuc Company, DIHA Company, Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Company, Nam Truong Son Security Company, and Phi Pho Bien Restaurant.

On this occasion, Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit to Mr. Le Trung Nhan, Head of the Examination Department, Cho Ray Hospital for his contributions to charity and social work; and presented a Letter of Thanks from Go Cong Dong District People's Committee to the sponsors.
