Accordingly, the project has a total route length of more than 19km (more than 1km in Nha Trang city and more than 18km in Dien Khanh district), the total newly invested length is about more than 15km.
Of which, no investment will be maintained for two sections: the section coinciding with Road D6 in the Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area (about 1.7km) and the section about 1.8km long belonging to the Dien Loc - Dien Binh connecting road project in Binh Loc commune and Dien Lac commune, Dien Khanh district.

According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Traffic Department, the project is a level I project with a design speed of 60km/h. There will be four bridges invested along the entire route, including: Muong Quan Bridge (Km 3+045); Song Cai Bridge (Km 9+842) over 200m long; Km 12+530 Bridge over 40m long and the North-South Expressway overpass (Km 17+520) nearly 400m long.
The section through the residential area has been invested in a complete 30m road surface according to the planned road boundary. The section outside the residential area is invested in phases with a 23m wide road surface.
The entire GPMB project according to the planning is 30m wide with a land use demand of about 55ha (except for the section overlapping with D6 road with a planned road width of 20m belonging to the zoning plan of Dien Khanh Administrative Center Urban Area).
The total investment of the project is more than 1,300 billion VND, implementation period is in the period 2023-2027.

It is known that the Dien Khanh inter-regional road project was approved by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council on March 30, 2023.
The project is completed to contribute to gradually completing the transportation network, helping to synchronize, modernize, and connect the regions of Dien Khanh district and Khanh Hoa province. From there, it will create land funds for urban development, creating favorable conditions to promote socio -economic development, tourism, and people's lives in the area.
