
Representatives of Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd., the Capital Volunteer Club, leaders of Dao San Commune People's Committee and delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the project.
San Cha Kindergarten is currently the place of study for 27 students aged 3-5. Previously, the physical conditions and classrooms at the school were very difficult. The classrooms were temporary and did not have a kitchen. Understanding these difficulties, Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. supported the funding to build a school with 2 classrooms (area of 90m2), a kitchen, toilets, a school yard and a protective fence.

In addition to supporting the cost of building classrooms, Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. also donated teaching equipment to the school; gave 27 gifts including backpacks, candy, crayons, towels to students... The total cost of support and gifts was up to more than 600 million VND.

The Canon friendship classroom project at San Cha school is one of the projects in the “Canon Friendship School Chain” project of Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. Through the project, the company hopes to share the difficulties with students in the border areas as well as show its care and support for teachers and students in difficult areas.
