Surveying the proposed location for the groundbreaking ceremony of the project to build the Memorial Area of ​​Vice President Nguyen Sinh Sac

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Minh Tri and representatives of relevant departments, agencies and units surveyed the actual situation of the location where the groundbreaking ceremony of the project is expected to be held.

At the survey, the representative of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board reported on the progress of the project to build the Memorial Area of ​​Vice President Nguyen Sinh Sac. Following the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on selecting suitable construction items to start construction on May 19, 2025, the board is currently adjusting the investment policy and preparing a master plan at a scale of 1/500 for the project, expected to be completed this April. The preparation, submission for appraisal, approval of the project and design of the project's construction drawings need time to ensure compliance with the Law on Public Investment and current regulations.

The Committee also recommends that the Department of Health take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to promptly relocate medical facilities on Yersin Street and hand over construction items that need to be liquidated from public assets according to regulations so that the Committee can carry out the next steps in accordance with regulations and have a site to implement the project, first of all, the site to serve the groundbreaking ceremony on May 19, 2025.

During the implementation process, departments, branches, sectors and units need to carefully calculate and have appropriate plans so that the work takes place in accordance with regulations, safely and cost-effectively. After the survey, the departments, branches and units agreed on the selection of a site to plan the groundbreaking ceremony.
