Sergeant Nguyen Van Tuan, a soldier of Company 15, recalled: "There were days of long field training, heavy rain, mud, we were very tired, but seeing the commander wading through the mud with us, encouraging each person, I felt more motivated. From then on, I told myself to try harder." It was from those simple actions that the affection between officers and soldiers, comradeship, and teammates became closer, and the spirit of setting an example for officers spread strongly in the unit. Major Ngo Van Han, Deputy Captain of Company 15, shared: "Learning from Uncle Ho, I see that I have to set an example in everything, from time, style to the spirit of overcoming difficulties."

Officers and soldiers of Battalion 2, Regiment 141 actively increased production to improve soldiers' lives.

Officers and soldiers of Company 15, Regiment 141 (Division 312, Corps 12) receive artillery training.

Like Company 15, the units of Regiment 141 always associate learning from Uncle Ho with creative and practical models. "Zalo family group accompanying the unit" becomes a bridge connecting the rear, helping the Party Committee and commanders grasp the thoughts, orient the ideology, and promptly encourage soldiers. The "3 together" model (eating together, living together, working together) has become a close way to bond cadres with soldiers. Many movements and initiatives full of affection such as: "Bowl of water on the training ground"; "House of 100 Dong" or "Youth branch with good training, strict discipline, high combat readiness" have encouraged the youth of the entire Regiment to constantly compete and practice. These simple but practical actions are vivid manifestations of learning from and following Uncle Ho, contributing to building good order and habits in the military environment. With the above methods, from 2019 to present, Regiment 141 has been continuously awarded the Excellent Training Unit flag by the Ministry of National Defense , and has achieved the title of Determined to Win Unit for many consecutive years.

Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Kien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Regiment 141, affirmed: “Studying and following Uncle Ho is a regular political task of the Regiment. We identify that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is a continuous process, which must start with practical actions. When cadres are exemplary, soldiers will follow. When studying Uncle Ho becomes a way of thinking and a regular activity, the effectiveness of unit building will change significantly.”
