Commencement of the project to exploit, operate, produce bottled mineral water and trade in Duyen Hai hot mineral resort services

The project has a scale of 12 hectares, of which phase 1 is implemented on an area of ​​4.87 hectares. The project's objectives: Exploiting and operating mineral water sources with a capacity of 400m³/day and night; producing bottled mineral water with a capacity of 100m³/day; providing hot mineral bath and resort services. Specifically, hot mineral bath services are expected to welcome 146,000 visitors/year; hotel and villa accommodation services are about 27,740 visitors/year; low-rise accommodation (Bungalow) is about 6,716 visitors/year. The expected output of 20-liter bottled mineral water is 415,000 bottles/year; 500ml bottled mineral water is 11,750,000 bottles/year.

The total investment is nearly 163 billion VND, including the following items: main gate area, parking lot, mineral water factory, mineral bath area, restaurant - cafe, office, flower garden, landscape stream... It is expected that the bottled mineral water service will be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025, the remaining services will operate from the third quarter of 2027. The project is of great significance, opening up a new direction for development of resort tourism and mineral water processing industry in the locality. Not only contributing to economic development, the project also creates jobs and increases income for local people.
