The house under construction belongs to Ms. Tong Thi Kiem, born in 1988, My Hoa hamlet, My Hoa commune, Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province. The family is one of the poorest households in the commune, the children are of school age, the husband has an unstable income.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, officials from the Provincial Women's Union participated in transporting materials and giving gifts of necessities to Ms. Tong Thi Kiem. The cost of repairing the house was 40 million VND contributed by officials from the Provincial Women's Union and mobilized support from the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association.
