Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha also emphasized that in the coming time, Dong Nai aims to build resettlement areas before land acquisition. Resettlement areas must be built with a synchronous, spacious, and modern infrastructure system to best serve the lives of people whose land is acquired when implementing projects. To do this, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that localities and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center review suitable locations with convenient transportation, minimizing land acquisition to build resettlement areas, leading to the situation of having to arrange resettlement for resettlement. The locations chosen to build resettlement areas must have increased value to attract people to move there.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha requested localities to assess and review the need for resettlement in the area until 2030 and the Department of Finance to propose capital sources for projects to build resettlement areas and send them to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center before May 10. On that basis, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will develop an investment plan for resettlement areas in the province to serve the need for resettlement for projects until 2030, and report to the Provincial People's Committee before May 15.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the unit to compile data from localities on resettlement needs for projects in 2025 and expected to 2030. Up to now, through data from localities, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has compiled the resettlement needs in 2025 as nearly 3.8 thousand resettlement land lots. For the period from 2026-2030, preliminary statistics on resettlement needs in the province are more than 8.1 thousand resettlement land lots.
