Fangcheng District (China) visited and congratulated Haihe District (Vietnam) on the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

January 17th, A delegation from Fangcheng District, Fangcheng Port City, Guangxi Province (China), led by Comrade Tang Guohai - Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Fangcheng District People's Congress, visited and congratulated the Party Committee, government, and people of Hai Ha District (Vietnam) on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).

Speaking at the event, Comrade Nguyen Kim Anh, Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of the Hai Ha District Party Committee (Vietnam), affirmed that Hai Ha District and Fangcheng District remain steadfast in following the path of Vietnam-China friendship established by the governments of the two countries. The two localities have achieved many results in border trade cooperation, infrastructure development, environmental protection, border management, and establishing friendly relations between border communes, towns, villages, and hamlets. Cooperation between Hai Ha District and Fangcheng District is increasingly strengthened and expanded in many fields, contributing to deepening the friendly neighborly relations between the two sides. In particular, in June of this year, the Hoanh Mo - Dong Trung bilateral border gate, including the Bac Phong Sinh - Ly Hoa customs clearance point, officially opened, creating vast opportunities for the development of border trade between the two sides.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations (January 18, 1950 - January 18, 2025), he hoped that the two localities would continue to enhance cooperation in all fields; continue to unite, strive to cooperate, implement the motto "16 golden words", the spirit of "4 goods" and the goal of "6 more" that the two countries have identified. Promote geographical advantages, advantages in traffic infrastructure connection between the two sides to promote import and export trade activities of economic goods; contribute to building a peaceful , stable and jointly developing border area.

He thanked the leaders of the Party and government of Hai Ha District (Vietnam) for their thoughtful and respectful welcome. He affirmed that along with the development of the relationship between the two countries, the friendly and cooperative relationship between Fangcheng District (China) and Hai Ha District (Vietnam) is increasingly practical and effective, continuing to achieve many important results in many fields and becoming a model in the local cooperation relationship between the two countries. At the same time, he expressed his wish to continue to consolidate, strengthen and promote the bilateral cooperation relationship between Fangcheng District (China) and Hai Ha District (Vietnam) for long-term, stable and sustainable development in all fields.
