Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Hoang Ba Nam, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Mong Cai City Party Committee (Vietnam) affirmed that after 95 years of construction and development, under the talented and wise leadership of the Party, the Vietnamese nation and people have overcome all difficulties and challenges; achieved miracles and great victories in the cause of national liberation, implementing the renovation process and the cause of building socialism, developing the country of "rich people, strong country, democracy, equality, civilization", Vietnam has never had the foundation, potential, position and international prestige like today, firmly entering the "new era of development - the era of national growth".
