Checking the conditions for preparing the progress of implementing electronic medical records at Quang Uyen Hospital and medical work serving the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 2

On August 17, a working delegation of the Department of Health led by Mr. Nong Tuan Phong - Director, inspected the conditions for preparing the progress of implementing electronic medical records at Quang Uyen Hospital and the medical work serving the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Investment Project under the form of public-private partnership, phase 2 in Quang Uyen commune. Accompanying were representatives of relevant departments of the Department of Health.

Comrade Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health surveyed the conditions for implementing electronic medical records at departments and functional rooms of Quang Uyen Hospital.

At the working session, the working group inspected the progress of Electronic Medical Records implementation at Quang Uyen Hospital. The inspection focused on the leadership, direction and organization of implementation of instructions and guidance on the implementation of Electronic Medical Records; the current status of infrastructure, equipment and software applications serving the connection of Electronic Medical Records. The work of ensuring information security and system security; the plan and roadmap for implementation to ensure the completion of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records. Overall effectiveness of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) according to the roadmap.

After listening to the representative of Quang Uyen Hospital report on the progress, difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the BAĐT. Director of the Department of Health - Nong Tuan Phong highly appreciated the hospital's efforts in implementing the BAĐT Profile implementation procedures on the system according to the criteria and regulations of the Ministry of Health ; The hospital's information technology system basically meets the requirements for implementing the BAĐT Profile. The unit is requested to review the BAĐT model, consider upgrading the LAN system to ensure the speed, transmission, and progress of the BAĐT implementation; supplement the missing equipment and facilities to meet the BAĐT model activities. The hospital team needs to unite, coordinate with VNPT to remove difficulties, be determined to implement, and strengthen the direction of the unit's leaders to ensure the progress of completing the construction of the Electronic Medical Record at Quang Uyen Hospital before August 25, 2025. During implementation, if there are any difficulties or problems, please report immediately to the Department of Health for discussion and resolution.

Also in the morning of the same day, Comrade Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health came to inspect the medical work serving the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Dong Dang (Lang Son province) - Tra Linh ( Cao Bang province) Expressway Investment Project under the form of public-private partnership, phase 2 in Quang Uyen commune. Accordingly, the Director of the Department of Health assigned Quang Hoa Medical Center and Quang Uyen Hospital to coordinate and proactively prepare human resources, materials, and equipment to ensure good service for the Groundbreaking Ceremony.

Key tasks include: ensuring environmental hygiene; monitoring clean water sources; strengthening disease prevention and control; ensuring food safety and hygiene; preparing response plans for emergency situations... In addition, medical units need to fully prepare equipment and medicines to be ready for emergency care and treatment.

Concluding the inspection, Comrade Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health requested the leaders of the units to assign specific tasks to each group and individual, prepare human and material resources; urge and coordinate to complete the tasks well, ensure health care for delegates, guests and people attending the groundbreaking ceremony.
