Speaking with Giao Thong Newspaper, a leader of Chu Se District Party Committee, Gia Lai Province said that he had directed the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to check for unusual signs in the project package "Installing additional fans for the Great Hall of the Chu Se District Political Center".

According to the case file, on April 8, the Chu Se District Political Center ( Gia Lai ) issued a decision approving the bidding documents for the project "Installing additional fans for the Great Hall of the Chu Se District Political Center".
At 8:00 a.m. on April 17, the application process was stopped and bids were opened. One day later, the bid package was opened and the result was that Phong Phu Advertising Company Limited (Chu Se) was the winning bidder.
There are 2 contractors participating in this bid package: Dai Long Construction JSC and Phong Phu Advertising LLC.
On April 19, although the project's winning bid has not been announced, the installation of an additional fan system for the large hall at the Chu Se District Political Center has been completed.
Accordingly, Phong Phu Advertising Company Limited has installed the fan system many days ago.
However, on August 22, the People's Committee of Chu Se district issued an official dispatch affirming: "The selection of contractors is guaranteed to comply with the regulations of the national bidding network, with no signs of collusion or violation of the law."
