We always strive to create sustainable spaces for the community with full quality and amenities, connecting people with the world around them, and contributing to solving social problems such as: enhancing physical activity, enjoying the arts, and conveying messages that help make society better.
Astar and its artwork, "The Bridge," bring people closer to the most beautiful mangrove forest in Vietnam.
Therefore, creating such spaces requires the efforts of the local people. Today's architects and urban planners are keenly aware of science and technology, knowing how to creatively combine traditional materials with new technologies, and drawing on the best practices of other countries so that each building is a creation of the land it belongs to. A design that meets these standards is never easy, if not a challenge in every "stroke."

Astar and its philosophy of happy architecture.
Winston Churchill once said, "We shape our buildings, and then our buildings shape us." The danger of modern architecture is creating "machines to live in" instead of understanding and applying green, vernacular, and sustainable architectural trends to make living spaces more environmentally friendly.
With three pillars of philosophy: happy architects, happy buildings, and happy users, which can only be achieved through experience and practical application, from a process that goes beyond simply creating comfortable and useful buildings and spaces, but more importantly, with a vision for the future of culture and people.
Lam Kinh Resort and Spa: A place where the essence of Tho Xuan - Thanh Hoa, a land of rich history and talented people, converges.
With a deep understanding and empathy for that philosophy, and without blindly following trends of heavy materials, overuse of techniques and repetitive, monotonous, and emotionless materials, the people at Astar have been ahead for many years in the philosophy of "happy architecture," which is embodied in every drawing and design project. They have learned how to transform themselves into "happy architects" in their thinking and professional practice.
The An Hao Solar Farm tourist area has been transformed by Astar into a more gentle and inviting space.
Reviewing the architectural projects and design drawings that Astar has completed for Sao Mai Group and for tourism companies in An Giang, Dong Thap, Vung Tau, and Thanh Hoa, the An Hao Solar Power Plant, and Europlast Long An, allows us to seriously assess the effectiveness and criteria of "happy architecture." Because all of them meet the needs for safe, healthy, comfortable, and economically efficient spaces, benefiting society. These architectural works have become organic entities, interacting and coexisting with users and the surrounding environment.
Furthermore, architectural works reflect a life of their own: they possess a past (tradition, history), a sustainable future, and the potential for renovation and development according to the user's needs and the new achievements of science and technology, including architectural science. In addition, these works establish and contribute to the rediscovery of local cultural and historical values, enhancing pride in tradition and raising public awareness.
Each building is a whole capable of inspiring and spreading, contributing to shaping aesthetics and aesthetic education for the community. The building itself possesses inherent sustainability: it connects with the surrounding world while remaining self-reliant, not being "dissolved," and it embodies the capacity for self-protection and a unique character within the context of a globalized, "flat" information society.
The heart of Tra Su tea house makes visitors' hearts race.
A serene green space of Tra Su, a stunningly beautiful and majestic An Hao Solar Farm, a dazzling Lam Kinh Resort and Spa, a mini-Alpes amusement park at the foot of the awe-inspiring Cam Mountain, a tranquil yet vibrant Sao Mai Resort in Vung Tau, or a proud and unwavering Tuc Dup… all bear the mark of Astar, shaping the architecture into a new , captivating, and enduring "surprise."
After initially impressing with its modernity, grandeur, eye-catching appeal, and uniqueness, it never feels out of place over time. The simple yet charming beauty of the architectural and planning projects undertaken by Astar is becoming increasingly well-known to users and the community.
Therefore, it's not just a good building; it's a building of sustainable happiness, with the potential to make the people living in those spaces happy users. Keeping pace with the evolving needs of modern society, Astar has been striving to continue creating new and exciting "sustainable surprises" for life.
