In the first 6 months of 2024, traffic accidents in Kim Thanh district and Kinh Mon town increased in all 3 criteria. These are localities with many traffic accidents involving school-age children.

Specifically, in Kim Thanh district, there were 55 traffic accidents, killing 14 people and injuring 47. Of these, 9 accidents involved students. Kinh Mon town had 32 traffic accidents, killing 9 people and injuring 31; 11 of these accidents involved students.
