The 22nd session of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee

BBK - On May 22, the Inspection Committee of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee held its 22nd meeting to review and decide on a number of issues within its authority. At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded the following contents: Reviewing the report on the results of asset and income verification for 27 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee working at 16 agencies, units and party organizations (Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, Ba Be National Park Management Board, Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Agriculture and Rural Development Construction Investment Project Management Board, Internal Affairs Committee, Provincial People's Committee Office, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Department of Industry and Trade, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Provincial General Hospital, Provincial Center for Disease Control, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Department of Justice, Bac Kan Newspaper), the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: Besides the advantages, there are also some limitations and shortcomings in the leadership, direction and implementation of asset and income declaration. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Party committees of units and individuals to be verified. Promote advantages, at the same time seriously learn from experience, take measures to overcome limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out, ensure that the declaration of assets and income is carried out in accordance with regulations.

Considering the report on the results of the review and proposal to discipline comrade Ma Duy Phi Hung, member of the Party Committee of Cho Don district, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuan Lac commune for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the People's Council of the commune for the 2021-2026 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: During his tenure as Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Lac commune, Head of the Board of Forest Protection and Development Management, and Provision of Forest Environmental Services in the commune, he violated the management and use of the state budget, was prosecuted by competent authorities, and proposed for prosecution according to the provisions of law. His violations had a very large level of harm, causing bad public opinion, great indignation among cadres, party members and people, damaging the reputation of himself and the party organization, agency, unit where he lived and worked. Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violations; aggravating and mitigating circumstances, awareness, self-criticism attitude; based on the Party's regulations on disciplining Party members, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee unanimously proposed that the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee consider and discipline comrade Ma Duy Phi Hung according to its authority./.
