Disciplinary warning for principal accused of harassment and molestation by teacher

According to the decision, Mr. VTD, in his role as Party Cell Secretary and Principal of A Quoc Thai Primary School (An Phu District, An Giang ) , violated working procedures, principles of democratic centralism, financial regulations; violated ethics, lifestyle , responsibility to set an example and things that party members are not allowed to do.

The Inspection Committee of An Phu District Party Committee concluded that Mr. D's violations were serious, causing bad public opinion among cadres, teachers and parents, reducing the prestige of the individual, the Party organization and the localeducation sector.

The District Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. VTD with a warning. At the same time, it requested the Party Committee of Quoc Thai Commune, the Party Cell of A Quoc Thai Primary School and Mr. D. personally to strictly implement this decision.

The leader of An Phu District People's Committee said that after handling the Party, the locality will consider handling the government, planning to demote and transfer Mr. D.

Previously, as Tien Phong reported, Ms. LTP - a teacher at A Quoc Thai Primary School sent a complaint accusing Mr. D. of harassing and molesting her right at school. Frustrated by the prolonged incident, Ms. P. repeatedly sent petitions to the Department of Education and the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee. In early October 2024, the district leaders invited her and her family to work, and promised to transfer Mr. D., but to this day this has not been done.

The investigation results determined that Mr. D. not only harassed Ms. P. by texting, but also committed similar acts with many other female teachers, most of whom were married. Mr. D. was also assessed as being irresponsible in his management work, often raising his voice and behaving inappropriately with his subordinates.
