Lam Dong regulates administrative working hours starting from 7:30 am

On November 1, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued Notice No. 447/TB-UBND on adjusting administrative working hours for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in Lam Dong province, from November 1, 2025.

Notice of regulations, for Party agencies, People's Councils, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees; political and social organizations, State administrative agencies, public service units at provincial and communal levels: Working hours per day, morning from 7:30 to 11:30; afternoon from 13:30 to 17:30.

For educational and training establishments, hospitals, medical examination and treatment establishments: Department of Education and Training; Department of Health and competent authorities shall base on the above regulations on working hours and regulations of the Central agency guiding working hours for educational and medical establishments under their management authority, ensuring compliance with practice and legal regulations.

For central agencies in the province, proactively decide working hours, ensuring compliance with regulations.

The application period starts from November 1, 2025. Changing working hours helps cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers proactively perform their tasks, to better serve the people and businesses, in the spirit of serving the people.
