Lam Dong awarded certificates to 490 provincial-level excellent teachers for the 2024-2025 school year

This year's competition has 630 teachers, including 94 preschool teachers, 98 primary school teachers, 225 middle school teachers and 213 high school teachers. These are excellent teachers selected from the district and city-level excellent teacher competitions; and school-level excellent teacher competitions.

Each contestant presented two parts, including a measure to contribute to improving the quality of individual teaching at theeducational institution where the teacher is working and practicing the lesson according to the teaching plan at the time of the contest.

Director of Lam Dong Province Department of Education and Training Pham Kim Quang hopes that teachers will breathe life into students' dreams, inspire them to have a passion for learning and especially love for the teaching profession, to continue promoting the tradition of the teaching profession.

According to the Organizing Committee of the contest, teachers have actively innovated teaching methods, developed clear, scientific , accurate and suitable lesson plans for students; organized and implemented scientific, accurate, lively and attractive activities, creating excitement for students.

At the same time, using active teaching methods and techniques to meet the requirements of teaching towards developing students' qualities and abilities; harmoniously combining with assessment and evaluation methods, promoting students' initiative and positivity, training students' abilities in performing tasks.

The organizing committee of the contest assessed that the contest achieved its set goals, creating conditions for teachers to promote and affirm their capacity and creativity in organizing teaching and learning activities, and improving their professional skills. This is also an opportunity to discover and foster good teachers, who will be the core of the teaching staff in schools, thereby replicating typical examples, disseminating teaching experiences, educational research, child care and education among individuals and groups at all levels and units in the whole industry, creating motivation to promote emulation movements of "good teaching - good learning" and "innovation and creativity in management and teaching".

At the closing ceremony, the Department of Education and Training of Lam Dong province awarded certificates to 490 teachers who achieved the title of "Excellent Provincial Teacher" for the 2024-2025 school year. Of which, 91 teachers were in preschool, 73 teachers were in primary school; 170 teachers were in secondary school and 156 teachers were in high school.

On this occasion, the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Lam Dong province awarded certificates of merit to 98 teachers at all levels who achieved excellent results at the competition.
