Speaking at the program, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, said that over the past 80 years, under the leadership, education and training of the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, the close coordination of all levels and sectors, the love, protection and support of the people, the People's Public Security force has continuously grown and matured, striving to excellently complete all assigned tasks; achieved many feats and outstanding achievements, always worthy of being an important armed force, truly a "sword" protecting the Party, the socialist regime and the peaceful and happy life of the people. In any circumstances, generations of People's Public Security officers and soldiers are always ready to accept tasks, accept sacrifices and hardships, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly serve the Party, serve the Fatherland, serve the people, "knowing that as long as the Party exists, we exist", always considering "honor as the most sacred and noble thing". Tens of thousands of examples of intelligence, bravery, and heroic sacrifice in work and combat throughout the ages have become beautiful symbols, adding to the glorious heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Public Security force.
Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To stated that among the 246 typical examples, there are many cadres and party members who are typical representatives of the youth of the People's Public Security. In each field of work, the comrades are always dedicated, intelligent, creative, brave, demonstrating the spirit of respecting the people, being close to the people "when the people need, when the people are in trouble, the Public Security is there". They are truly the loyal successor force to the cause of ensuring security and order of previous generations; they are the most vivid evidence of the youth, the aspiration to contribute, and the future of the People's Public Security force.

At the meeting, typical and advanced delegates "For the security of the Fatherland" and youth union members exchanged, shared, and listened to inspirational stories of typical advanced examples with specific, simple, and noble actions. These are examples of police officers and soldiers who are not afraid of difficulties and dangers when suppressing criminals and helping people; not afraid of fires and floods to save people and property. Police officers in remote communes do not mind dangerous forest roads, staying in the village every night to persuade people not to listen to bad guys; young officers stay up all night many nights, diligently cleaning data;...
They are typical examples of the spirit of “Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people”. They are shining examples of the will to overcome difficulties, the spirit of dedication and the desire to serve the Fatherland, serve the People, be pioneers, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, be creative, dare to face difficulties, challenges and dare to act for the common good, dedicating themselves to the cause of protecting security and order, for the peaceful and happy life of the People. These soldiers have contributed to embellishing the heroic and glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force in the new era.
From the sharing of the guests, the advanced models in the emulation movement "For the security of the Fatherland" have inspired, aroused the will and determination of the youth, helped the union members and young people have more motivation, goals to strive for, understand and trust the People's Public Security force more, thereby continuing to make many contributions with the People's Public Security force and young people in the cause of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety. Each cadre, union member and young person continues to deeply perceive and spread the great values of the heroic history, the glorious tradition of 80 years of building, fighting and growing of the People's Public Security force, the achievements and significance of 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection.
