| Mr. Nguyen Bao Toan - Director of Vietnam Tour Guide Operation Center (under Vietravel) presented gifts to Kim Son charity class. |
The “Green Dream” program is a testament to the journey that Vietravel and the Vietnam Tour Guide Operation Center always pursue: “Spreading the good things”, contributing to sowing seeds of hope and improving the future for those who still have difficult lives. The program does not only have material gifts, the most precious thing is the sincere sharing through each story, each handshake, each innocent and sparkling look of the children. Those moments once again remind everyone of the value of kindness, of spreading love to the community.
The Kim Son charity class was opened by the nuns of Kim Son pagoda (Luong Hoa village, Bac Nha Trang ward) in 1995. Initially, the class was only temporarily built with bamboo and thatch, but now it has been built quite spaciously. There were times when the class had more than 100 students, but in recent years, families with better conditions have sent their children to school, so the class has only 40 students. The pagoda teaches from grade 1 to grade 5 according to the program of the Ministry of Education and Training , mainly to eliminate illiteracy for the children.
