(TN&MT) - On the morning of March 5, Lang Son Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work at Lang Son City Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
The representative of the Organizing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 2156-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the assignment, transfer and appointment of Mr. Phung Quang Hoi - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Lang Son City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, from March 5, 2025;
Mr. Phung Quang Hoi (1971), Master of Economic Management, Senior Expert, Senior Political Theory. He has held various positions such as: Head of Tan Thanh Customs Branch (Lang Son Customs Department), Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of Lang Son Department of Industry and Trade, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department.
The representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also announced Decision No. 2151-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Ms. Doan Thu Ha - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Loc Binh District Party Committee, Lang Son to take up work and hold the position of Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee from March 5, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Ms. Doan Thu Ha (1976), Master of Economics , Senior in Political Theory, has held the following positions: Deputy Director, Director of the Department of Finance; Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of Loc Binh District Party Committee.
