War invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, category B war invalids, sick soldiers who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; NCCs helping the revolution who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; people participating in the revolution, resistance, defending the Fatherland, performing international duties who are imprisoned by the enemy and are receiving monthly preferential allowances and relatives of NCCs helping the revolution are given gifts in cash worth 500,000 VND/person.
