If successful, Ms. Ngo Thi Hanh will increase the number of CTF shares she holds from 150,000 units to 6.15 million shares, equivalent to an increase in ownership ratio from 0.16% to 6.43% of capital. Temporarily calculating at the current CTF share price of VND21,900, she will spend more than VND131 billion to buy the registered quantity.

Another company, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank - stock code SSB), announced that Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the bank, registered to buy 1 million SSB shares to increase her ownership ratio at the bank. The transaction is expected to be carried out from April 24 to May 23 by negotiation or order matching.

If successful, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga will increase her ownership in SeABank from nearly 116.1 million shares, equivalent to 4.08%, to nearly 117.1 million shares, equivalent to 4.115%. It is estimated that she will spend more than VND18.5 billion to buy SSB shares as registered.

Similarly, some other business leaders have completed their stock purchases, such as Mr. Nguyen Hai Chau, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Everest Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code EVS), who registered to buy 2.2 million EVS shares. The transaction is expected to take place from April 28 to May 28. He currently holds more than 6.5 million EVS shares, equivalent to a 3.95% ownership ratio. If the transaction is completed as planned, he will increase his holdings to more than 8.7 million units, accounting for 5.28% of charter capital and officially become a major shareholder. With EVS shares at VND5,600, Mr. Nguyen Hai Chau will have to spend more than VND12.3 billion.

Meanwhile, some major transactions have just been announced to be completed, such as Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Bich, wife of Mr. Luong Ngoc Anh - member of the Board of Directors of Nhon Trach 2 Petroleum Power Joint Stock Company (stock code NT2), has just bought more than 1.5 million NT2 shares through negotiated transactions, increasing her ownership ratio to 0.53% of capital, previously she did not hold any shares.
