The inter-organizational bloc of Cao Dai organizations presented gifts to the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province; Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province Danh Phuc received them.
Receiving the delegation were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Tran Thi Thanh Huong; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong; Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy; Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Danh Phuc; Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Thinh.
Representatives of the Inter-Organizational Bloc of Cao Dai organizations informed about the religious activities of the congregations in 2024 and the first months of 2025; in which, the highlight is the social security work in 2024 with a total budget of over 68 billion VND; from the beginning of 2025 to now, it is expected to be over 71 billion VND.
The above results were achieved thanks to the attention and facilitation of Party committees and authorities at all levels and the consensus of followers. Representatives of the Inter-Organizational Bloc of Cao Dai organizations wished the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions to achieve many results in their activities; continue to pay attention and create conditions for the Inter-Organizational Bloc of Cao Dai organizations to operate in accordance with the Constitution and laws.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Tran Thi Thanh Huong thanked the Inter-Organizational Bloc of Cao Dai organizations for visiting and congratulating them. Comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong said that in the initial merger process, there were many difficulties, but with the policy of the Party and State, the province was merged so that people from all religions and ethnic groups could be best served.
After coming into operation, the new An Giang province has paid great attention to administrative reform, ethnic and religious affairs, and building the great national unity bloc. He hoped that in the coming time, the Inter-Organizational Bloc of Cao Dai organizations would continue to promote the strength of the great unity bloc; encourage followers to live a good life, follow the Party's guidelines, and the State's policies and laws; and join hands in socio -economic development.
