Secretary of Vinh An Commune Youth Union Nguyen Van Huy said that every year, the Commune Youth Union proactively builds plans and concretizes them into the Youth Union's work program and youth movement. It focuses on political education, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, patriotic traditions, and national pride for the young generation through activities, seminars, forums, and competitions. At the same time, it advises the Party Committee and government to organize direct dialogues between local leaders and young people, helping young people form a beautiful, useful, and responsible lifestyle for themselves, their families, and society.

With the spirit of "Wherever needed, there are youth, wherever difficult, there are youth", Vinh An Commune Union supports youth start-ups, trains them to transfer scientific and technical advances in production; builds youth routes; visits and gives gifts to union members, youth in difficult circumstances, students who have overcome difficulties to study well, families with preferential policies in difficult circumstances, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers... The Commune Union also replicates learning models, exchanges, experiences, practices collective and community activities skills; prevents and fights epidemics and social evils; provides sex education and health education for adolescents...

Over the past 4 years, the Youth Unions in the commune have organized and carried out many projects and tasks to participate in the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas such as building youth roads; building flower and tree roads to create a green, clean and beautiful rural environment on Provincial Road 941; and projects to light up rural roads. The Commune Youth Union and its affiliated Youth Unions also plant trees along residential areas, protect dykes, playgrounds for children, and youth roads...

Activities to care for and support union members, youth and social security activities have been widely deployed by the Commune Union among union members and youth, with many diverse forms and increasingly effective. During the past term, the Commune Union coordinated with sectors and organizations to give 456 gifts, scholarships and more than 1,350 notebooks to students in difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 135 million VND. Secretary of the Vinh Quoi Hamlet Youth Union Le Trung Hiep shared: "The Hamlet Youth Union Executive Committee always promotes the spirit of responsibility, actively coordinates with sectors and organizations to join hands and contribute to the implementation of meaningful and useful projects for the community. At the same time, it pays attention to maintaining and preserving projects and youth work in the locality".

In the period of 2022 - 2025, Vinh An Commune Youth Union coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to support 6 young people to borrow capital with a total amount of 600 million VND to implement models such as growing crystal chrysanthemums, drying snakehead fish, building pots, growing ornamental plants, raising livestock... Mr. Nguyen Van Huy shared: "In order for the loan capital to be effective, the Commune Youth Union organized a review of capital needs, and at the same time coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to closely monitor, ensuring that the subjects used the loan capital for the right purpose. The Commune Youth Union also coordinated with functional agencies to guide and support science and technology, creating favorable conditions for start-up models to develop effectively and sustainably."

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Vinh An Commune Youth Union strengthens political and ideological education for cadres and union members in association with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. At the same time, it effectively implements revolutionary action movements and accompanying programs to promote the spirit of volunteerism, vanguard, and dedication to the community such as youth volunteers, creative youth; youth vanguard to protect the Fatherland; actively carry out social and charitable activities, and care for the poor. The Commune Youth Union promotes the application of science, technology, digital transformation, economic development, startups; cares for children, organizes playgrounds and creative experience activities.
