Before that, at around 3:10 p.m. on November 18, after finishing school, NTNY (born in 2014, residing in Group 1, Tan Tien Hamlet, Giang Thanh Commune) invited a group of about 6 friends to go to the lake in front of Giang Thanh Commune Administrative Center to swim together. At around 3:45 p.m., the whole group was present at the above location.

After bathing for about 20 minutes, NTNY went to the edge of the lake and sat and soaked his feet in the water. At about 4 p.m., NTNY continued to go down to the area where the group was bathing, sitting about 10 meters away from the group.

After that, the group did not see NTNY so they went to report to Giang Thanh Commune Police.

After searching, at more than 5:00 p.m. the same day, Giang Thanh commune authorities found NTNY's body in the lake.
