Ceremony to announce Ninh Tien commune achieving advanced new rural standards in 2023

On the morning of April 21, Ninh Tien commune ( Ninh Binh city) held a ceremony to announce the commune meeting advanced new rural standards (NTM) in 2023.

Attending the event were comrade Tran Song Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Provincial New Rural Area Coordination Office; leaders of Ninh Binh city and many children of the homeland.

After implementing the program of building advanced new rural areas, with the support and assistance of the province, city, the efforts of the Party Committee, government and local people, up to now, the rural appearance of Ninh Tien commune has changed significantly. Notably: the economic structure has been shifted towards safety and sustainability; the infrastructure is spacious, meeting the production and living needs of the people; effective production and business models have been formed, attracting local labor, people's income has been raised, political security, social order and safety have been stabilized and maintained...

The whole commune has mobilized resources to build advanced new rural areas of 246,631 million VND, of which the State budget capital is 104,704 million VND, accounting for 42.45%; the capital contributed by the people is 118,627 million VND, accounting for 48.1%. Of which: People self-invested, built, and renovated houses, gates, and surrounding walls: 104,453 million VND; people self-invested in production with a total amount of 4,077 million VND; households voluntarily participated in health insurance with an amount of 2,656 million VND; contributed to urban renovation, flower roads, lighting, and installation of playground equipment is 2,417 million VND; people contributed to building roads is 5,024 million VND.

The results achieved in building advanced new rural areas are the motivation and premise for the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Tien commune to continue to unite and join hands to contribute to implementing and realizing the criteria for building the commune into a ward by 2024.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung presented congratulatory flowers and awarded the Certificate of Recognition of the commune meeting the advanced new rural standards in 2023 to Ninh Tien commune; awarded Certificates of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement "All people join hands to build advanced new rural areas" of the locality.

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals of the commune were commended by all levels and sectors for their outstanding achievements in the movement to build advanced new rural areas.
