The official opening ceremony took place at 8:30 a.m. on November 22 with the theme “Tea Fragrance in the Clouds”, recreating the story of Shan Tuyet tea - a precious product that crystallizes the quintessence of nature, highland climate and indigenous culture of ethnic minorities.

Within the framework of the festival, many special activities will be held. The highlight is the Workshop “Developing and enhancing the value of Shan Tuyet Tea” - where experts, businesses and local representatives will discuss and propose solutions to position the brand, preserve and promote the value of the hundreds of years old Shan Tuyet tea region.

Next, visitors will participate in the Shan Tuyet Tea Party Night, where the art of making tea is theatricalized and combined with the sounds of trumpets, flutes and typical cultural performances of the Mong people, creating a poetic tea-drinking space.
