Mo Chu Ha Communal House is a place to worship King Le Dai Hanh (aka Le Hoan). According to legend, during the fight against the Song army of our people, one time when General Le Hoan ordered his soldiers to retreat to Mo Chu Ha village, it was dark and the horses and men were tired. The king let his soldiers rest, the next morning the villagers pounded rice cakes to offer the king to bring food (that day was the 10th of January), thanks to those rice cakes the soldiers were energized to fight the enemy. In the year At Ty (1006), King Le passed away. To show the villagers' affection for the wise king who was close to the people when stationed in the village, the villagers of Mo Chu Ha carved a statue and erected a tablet to worship him as the village's Thanh Hoang. The relic site of the Communal House and Pagoda of Mo Chu Ha village was ranked as a provincial-level historical and cultural relic in 2001.

The festival of Mo Chu Ha village is held according to traditional rituals. After the water procession and the sacrificial ceremony with the wish to pray for favorable weather, good crops, prosperity and happiness for all families; the festival takes place with a unique cultural activity of pounding rice cakes which has been passed down for many generations of Mo Chu Ha villagers with the participation of 4 Giap Dong, Tay, Nam, Bac equivalent to 4 major clans in the village to commemorate the merits of King Le Dai Hanh in the fight against foreign invaders. Besides, there are cultural and sports exchange activities to preserve traditions and promote the spirit of solidarity and attachment.
