Le Quyen: "Love and life experiences help me sublimate when singing bolero"

(Dan Tri) - Pursuing bolero music for more than a decade, Le Quyen said that what makes her happiest is the life experiences that have helped her perform songs in a simple yet sophisticated way.

Le Quyen admits that love brings her excitement. Love experiences, whether sad or happy, are a great source of inspiration for her in music .

Talking about Lam Bao Chau, Le Quyen shared that both of them had experienced many pressures but overcame them all. To her, Lam Bao Chau is not only a life partner but also a close friend.

Through many turbulent years, Le Quyen feels more clearly than ever the value of life, gratitude and the desire to love. She skillfully incorporates these emotions into each song, creating an album full of emotion and depth.

Recently, Le Quyen released the album Khuc Tinh Xua 6, marking a change in both her emotions and experiences in the lyrical music genre. The album includes 12 famous lyrical songs such as Ve dau mai toc nguoi thuong , Thuong hoai ngan nam , Rong reu , Chuyen di ve sang , Tua canh beo troi ...

Among them, the recording of Ngai Ngang with its strong Central Vietnamese sound is a memorable memory for the female singer. This is the only song that made Le Quyen have to "ask for help" from her close friend - singer Quang Linh - for support in the studio. After more than 3 hours, the mix of Ngai Ngang became one of Le Quyen's favorite songs on the album.

During the process of making the album, Le Quyen also limited her performances to focus on recording, but because she had to travel a lot and encounter changes in the weather, she constantly suffered from rhinitis. Every day, the female singer could only record half of it before having to stop, and it continued like that for a whole month before the album was completed.

“I am a difficult person, but luckily I always have a dedicated team that accompanies me and gives me the best support,” she said.

Le Quyen affirms that bolero can completely bring a modern breath, both luxurious and new, while still maintaining the traditional soul. That is also what she has always desired since the first days of being attached to this music genre: Bringing bolero closer to the new generation.
