At some automatic rain gauge stations in the southern coastal area, the average rainfall is 150 - 200mm, higher in some places such as: Ky Lam 220mm, Song Rac lake 218mm.
It is forecasted that from the morning of August 25 to August 26, Ha Tinh province will have heavy to very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms.
Rainfall is generally from 200 - 400mm, locally over 500mm (heavy rain concentrated from the morning of August 25 to the evening of August 25). Warning of the risk of heavy rain (>200mm/3 hours).
From the night of August 26, heavy rain in Ha Tinh province gradually decreased.
In some coastal areas such as Yen Hoa and Cam Nhuong communes, sea levels rose, and some trees and signs could not withstand the strong winds before the storm made landfall.
