Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, localities have developed specific power supply plans.

According to the report of Long An Electricity Company, households without electricity are distributed in Moc Hoa district (68 households), Tan Hung (14 households), Vinh Hung (33 households), Tan Thanh (15 households), Thanh Hoa (1 household), Thu Thua (2 households) and Kien Tuong town (37 households). These are areas with remote terrain, sparse population, facing many difficulties in investing in electricity infrastructure.

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, localities have developed specific power supply plans. In 2025, the Electricity sector will invest in medium and low voltage power grids to supply electricity to 9 households in Tan Thanh and Tan Hung. At the same time, the province will socialize the installation of 5 solar power systems with integrated storage for 5 households in Moc Hoa, Tan Thanh, Vinh Hung, Tan Hung and Kien Tuong town, to be completed before December 2025.

In addition, Long An continues to promote socialization to install 68 more solar power systems for the remaining households, with a completion deadline of September 2025.

Specifically, Thu Thua installed 2 systems for 2 households (100% of households have electricity), Moc Hoa installed 15 systems for 15 households (reduced to 52 households without electricity), Tan Thanh installed 9 systems for 9 households (100 households have electricity), Thanh Hoa installed 1 system for 1 household (100% of households have electricity), Vinh Hung installed 10 systems for 22 households (reduced to 22 households without electricity), Tan Hung installed 9 systems for 9 households (100% of households have electricity), Kien Tuong town installed 20 systems for 20 households (reduced to 16 households without electricity).

After completing these items, many localities will reach 100% of households having electricity, while the remaining areas will continue to receive additional investment to move towards completing the goal of 100% of households using electricity before 2030.

The People's Committees of districts and towns are assigned to strengthen propaganda work and control construction order, not allowing more households to have no electricity due to illegal housing construction. At the same time, create conditions for households without electricity to be able to move to residential areas near border posts or border militia posts that have electricity grids.

Providing electricity to all households not only meets essential needs in daily life but also contributes to promoting socio-economic development and improving the lives of people in disadvantaged areas./.
