At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department (Vietnam Social Security) announced the decision to temporarily transfer and appoint Mr. Pham Minh Thanh, Director of Dong Nai Social Security, to the position of Director of Social Security Region XXVIII. The appointment period is from June 1, 2025 to March 31, 2029.
At the same time, announce the decisions on temporary transfer and appointment of 7 Deputy Directors of Social Insurance in Region XXVIII for Mr./Ms.: Mr. Nguyen Van Tan, Director of Social Insurance in Binh Phuoc ; Ms. Nguyen Thi Quy, Mr. Pham Long Son, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh (Deputy Director of Social Insurance in Dong Nai); Mr. Lang Quang Vinh, Mr. Le Xuan Cao, Mr. Hoang Van Son (Deputy Director of Social Insurance in Binh Phuoc). The appointment period is from June 1, 2025.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Pham Minh Thanh respectfully thanked the leaders of Vietnam Social Security for their trust and responsibility in assigning him the position of Director of Social Security Region XXVIII. With the assigned task, he promised to make efforts, continuously study, practice, and improve his professional capacity and moral qualities; always maintain solidarity and cohesion among the agency's leadership and staff; listen to the opinions and contributions of all levels, sectors, cadres, civil servants, and public employees to continuously innovate and improve the efficiency of the sector's operations.
In addition, the Social Insurance of Region XXVIII will continue to closely coordinate with the professional departments of the Vietnam Social Insurance, departments, branches and localities to effectively implement assigned tasks, bringing social insurance and health insurance policies to the people in a timely, fair and transparent manner.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Hung Son, Director of Vietnam Social Security, requested that those who were assigned to leadership positions in the XXVIII Social Security Region continue to promote their political qualities and management and operation capabilities, leading the XXVIII Social Security Region to continue to develop and perform well the assigned tasks.
