Speaking at the 81st National Police Conference on December 15th, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the People's Public Security Force (CAND) has made many important contributions to the overall achievements of the country, and congratulated and commended the results and achievements that the CAND has achieved in 2025.

In addition, the Prime Minister also requested that the People's Public Security Force effectively implement the "Three Best" movement: "Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People," and that police work in the new era must ensure the "Three Best": "Best Security and Order - Best Contribution to National Development - Best Service to the People," playing a role in creating a safe and healthy environment for double-digit economic growth.

Emphasizing the key tasks to be implemented in the coming year, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the People's Public Security forces to focus on ensuring absolute security and safety for the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly, and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

At the same time, the People's Public Security Force needs to continue to innovate its thinking, methods, and approaches in ensuring security and order, and must proactively attack and suppress all types of crime...
