To proactively respond to storm No. 13 in a timely manner, on the morning of November 5, the leaders of the People's Committee of Ly Son special economic zone organized a team to inspect the actual storm response work in the special economic zone.

In coastal areas, the delegation inspected and mobilized households with level 4, non-permanent houses to households with permanent houses to take temporary shelter when the storm made landfall. The authorities called on over 350 offshore fishing vessels and 56 aquaculture cages to anchor safely in An Hai fishing ponds. In addition, Ly Son currently has 20 fishing vessels in the fishing grounds of Hoan Sa and Truong Sa that have also been called by the authorities to move to safe anchorage areas.
