Madam Pang spent 20 billion VND of her own money to save the Football Association of Thailand.

According to the court's ruling, FAT must pay Siam Sport 360 million baht (272 billion VND) in compensation for losing the lawsuit against this media company. The reason is that under the former chairman Somyot, FAT unilaterally terminated the contract with Siam Sport, leading to commercial violations.

The mistakes made by her predecessor now fall on Madam Pang, forcing her to forcefully demand that Mr. Somyot take responsibility. “FAT will hire experts to handle the above lawsuit until the justice process is completed,” Ball Thai confirmed.

But before this step could be taken, the Thai businesswoman was forced to spend her own money to save FAT from being frozen and having its assets seized due to late payment of fines.

Accordingly, the Thai media reported that she had personally paid 25 million baht (nearly 20 billion VND) in advance to the winning party, Siamsport. Madam Pang hopes that law enforcement agencies will not freeze and recover FAT's assets.

The amount of money that Madam Pang spent is less than 1/10 of the total amount that FAT had to spend (360 million baht). But it can partly save FAT in the current situation.

Unfortunately for Madam Pang, she had to make amends for the previous presidency. Not stopping there, while conducting a fundraising campaign to support FAT in paying off its debt, a strong earthquake occurred in both Thailand and Myanmar, causing panic among many Thai people.

That is why this fundraising campaign was postponed, making it impossible for FAT to get the necessary amount of money. It is expected to be restarted soon, Madam Pang hopes to collect 30 million baht from this shirt sales campaign.
