Knac village (Buon Triet commune, Lak district, Dak Lak ) has 128 households, more than 500 people, mainly Ede ethnic people. This is a particularly difficult village. Traffic infrastructure is limited, production land area is small, many backward customs still exist.

Ms. H'Huong Hmok (born in 1993), a prestigious person in Knăc village, realized that bad customs were holding people back in a cycle of poverty. Not letting the economy depend on a certain type of plant, she encourages people to diversify their livelihood models, taking advantage of the advantages to develop livestock and poultry. She guides people in livestock raising techniques and disease prevention in livestock. Contributing to raising people's awareness in stages such as barn hygiene and disease prevention.

Ms. H'Poh Ong shared that in remote villages, the role of ethnic minority women cadres at the grassroots level is increasingly promoted in propagating and mobilizing people to do business and build a civilized and progressive life.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Dalat University, unable to find a suitable job, she returned to her hometown to work on the farm with her family. Seeing her fellow villagers working hard all year round but their lives were still difficult, she wanted to contribute part of her youth to change the village life.
She researches to help people overcome obstacles. She diligently goes to poor households to encourage them to change their crop and livestock structure.
Ms. H'My Pang Ting, a resident of Dlei village (Dak Nue commune, Lak district) said that her family has more than 1 hectare of agricultural land, and has only produced monoculture coffee trees in the traditional way. When the head of the village, H'Poh Ong, shared his experience of intercropping durian in the coffee garden and instructed her on how to care for it, she followed suit. Her garden has yielded high yields and quality. Now in the village, there are many households doing agriculture with high economic efficiency.
