Typically, on April 25, the Provincial Market Management Department coordinated with the Lang Son Provincial Police to inspect the compliance with the law in the production and trading of goods and services for the mobile phone manufacturing, assembling and trading facility in Khon Pat village, Mai Pha commune, (Lang Son city). At the time of inspection, the mobile phone manufacturing, assembling and trading facility was operating the production and assembling of mobile phones under the management and supervision of foreigners.
The inspection results found that the production and business establishment did not have a business registration certificate as prescribed by law, all products, components, vehicles, and goods at the establishment did not have invoices, vouchers, or accompanying documents. Recently, on May 20, Market Management Team No. 6 coordinated with PC03 Department of Lang Son Provincial Police to discover a truck with license plate 12A-109.30 driven by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Suu (address: Cao Loc district, Lang Son province). As a result of the vehicle inspection, the inspection team discovered that in the cargo compartment of the truck there were 1,500 kg of chicken feet contained in 100 pineapple sacks, on the packaging of the goods there were no labels, writings or information showing the origin of the goods.

Comrade Doan Thanh Son suggested that in the coming time, member agencies of the Provincial Steering Committee 389 and functional forces continue to seriously implement Official Dispatch No. 65/CD-TTg dated May 15, 2025 of the Prime Minister on launching a peak period to fight against and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights; Directive No. 13/CT-TTg dated May 17, 2025 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the new situation.
Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a document directing the functional forces to carry out the assigned tasks. Specifically, the Provincial Border Guard Command presides over and coordinates with the functional forces and local Party committees and authorities to continue to firmly grasp and manage the area, control and handle to prevent illegal transportation of goods across the border.

The Regional Customs Branch VI strengthens measures and focuses on key import and export goods, both to not affect trade, create a transparent business environment, and to prevent subjects from taking advantage of business activities to carry out acts and tricks of smuggling and trade fraud through border gates.
The provincial police strengthen coordination, provide and exchange information, forecast the local situation, resolve and handle violations, consolidate records to strictly handle detected violations to deter, set an example, and prevent early and far-reaching.
