Broadcasting Station (+84 ) is an art playground for all Vietnamese citizens aged 16 and over. This contest is not limited to the field of competition, but most of the contestants choose singing as their main field.

Participants not only demonstrate their abilities on a professional stage but also receive thorough training, hone their skills, and gradually realize their artistic dreams with the coaches.

In May, the organizing committee went to four Western localities: Soc Trang, Ben Tre, An Giang , and Can Tho to recruit students directly.

Mr. Hyuk Shin said: "My company wants to expand into the Southeast Asian market and the potential in Vietnam is huge. So when I received the invitation, I agreed because I knew this was my opportunity."

Talking about the selection criteria, Hyuk Shin said there are four important things: "Performance ability, singing and rapping voice, beauty, and finally the star factor. The 30 finalists must have exactly what we are looking for. Therefore, we are confident that we will turn them into big stars in the future."

Musician Nguyen Ba Hung worries: "Many programs focus on entertainment and drama, so truly talented people are overshadowed.

In addition, after the competition, participants often lack long-term direction - many stand out but without a leader, they easily get lost or lose their form.

I think competitions need to invest more in "post-contest", supporting young people to develop their image and artistic direction to have sustainable value. It is not uncommon for champions to "disappear" after the competition because they do not have a clear development direction or do not have enough courage to survive in today's competitive environment.

Meanwhile, there are people who do not win high prizes but stand out more in terms of musical personality, dare to experiment, dare to be different and they are remembered by the public. The most important thing is still perseverance, progressive attitude and the ability to develop oneself after the competition" - Nguyen Ba Hung said.

Music competitions today play an important role in discovering and nurturing new musical talents. This is a launching pad for many young people to have the opportunity to express themselves, be known by the audience and get closer to their dream of professional music.

Vietnam Television recorded the first episode of Talent Rendezvous on the evening of April 16, and is expected to air on VTV3 on May 4.

The first episode of Project 100% part 1 will be released on April 20 on YouTube. Part 2 is scheduled to air in September on VTV3.

Meanwhile, Broadcasting Station (+84) will broadcast signals in Soc Trang, Ben Tre, An Giang, Can Tho at the end of May and broadcast on the digital system.
