Free admission to public museums in Ho Chi Minh City

On the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and International Museum Day (May 18), public museums in Ho Chi Minh City will offer free admission to visitors who are residents of the city on May 19. On May 18, Ho Chi Minh City Museum and Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts will offer free admission to all museum visitors.

On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum opened a special exhibition titled “Telling Stories After Reunification Day”, including 105 works, to pay tribute to the contributions of generations who sacrificed for the independence, freedom and peace of the Fatherland; to honor the artists who lived, fought and created in the harsh circumstances of the war.
