Mitsubishi Destinator has been officially announced for its launch on December 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. This all-new 7-seat SUV promises to make an impression, thanks to its modern design, impressive performance and a series of smart technologies. Previously, on November 10, Mitsubishi announced that the first batch of Destinator 2026 cars had arrived in Vietnam with many color versions, meeting the diverse needs of users at the end of this year.
Currently, the selling price of Mitsubishi Destinator 2026 has not been revealed, but according to some sources, the price of Destinator will be extremely affordable to increase competitive advantage with Mazda CX-5 or Ford Territory, ranging from 700-800 million. In terms of appearance, the Mitsubishi Destinator stands out with its sturdy, SUV-like design, ground clearance of up to 214 mm combined with 18-inch wheels to help the car operate flexibly on many terrains. The rear of the car is impressively shaped, while ensuring convenience in daily use. The interior space is arranged with three spacious rows of seats, providing comfort for all seven passengers. The rows of seats can be flexibly adjusted, optimally supporting the carrying of additional luggage.
The vehicle's amenities include a 12.3-inch central entertainment screen, an 8-inch digital screen and a Yamaha Premium sound system, providing a vivid entertainment experience on every journey. In terms of operation, the new SUV is equipped with a completely new 1.5L Turbo engine. The car supports 5 driving modes including Normal, Wet, Mud, Gravel and Tarmac, in which Tarmac mode is optimized for flexible handling on highways, downhill or when needing to overtake at high speed. In addition, the new 2026 Mitsubishi Destinator SUV also integrates the advanced ADAS driving assistance system, improving safety and supporting the driver in many operating situations. Before the launch date, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam has implemented a preferential program for customers who pre-order from October 15 until before the vehicle launch date.
With a pre-order of only 10 million VND, customers will receive a gift package including high-quality Wincos brand heat-insulating film and a service voucher worth 3 million VND, bringing the total incentive value to 14.5 million VND. Platinum customers will also receive additional service vouchers, bringing the total support to 33 million VND. The program applies to customers who complete car purchase procedures in 2025 and cannot be converted into cash.
