Typically, on April 14, the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department - Quang Ninh Provincial Police in coordination with Cam Tay Ward Police met and encouraged and supported Mr. Pham Tat Nghia, a person with a past of mistakes.

After completing his prison sentence and returning to his hometown, with encouragement from his family and the government, Mr. Nghia established the ice production facility "Friends help friends", creating jobs for 5 people in the same situation. This facility achieved a revenue of 500-600 million VND/year, providing stable income for workers. Mr. Nghia himself was also awarded a certificate of merit by the Quang Ninh Provincial Police for his positive contributions to society.

After that, Mr. Nghia continued to develop the ecological bonsai business model, still creating job opportunities for people with a wrongful past with a salary of 6-7 million VND/month.
