Only 3/37 plots of land are eligible for auction.

These are the land plots: Long Giao Industrial Cluster in Cam My District, starting price of about 788 billion VND, expected to hold the second auction on May 21, 2025; land plot No. 66, map sheet 41, Tan Hanh Ward, Bien Hoa City, starting price of nearly 64 billion VND, expected to hold the auction on June 10, 2025 and land plot No. 167, map sheet 25, Tan Hanh Ward, Bien Hoa City, starting price of nearly 50 billion VND, also expected to hold the auction on June 10, 2025.

For the remaining 34 plots, only a few plots have completed 1-3 necessary legal procedures, most of them do not have enough procedures. Also according to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, some plots may not be able to complete the procedures in time to organize the auction in 2025 and will have to be postponed to 2026.
