* In Le Thuy district , on the morning of June 13, according to a quick report from the District Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control and Disaster Prevention, from 7:00 p.m. on June 12 to 8:00 a.m. on June 13, there was moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places. The water level on Kien Giang River is currently 10cm below alert level III.
Some roads in Le Thuy district began to flood.
Currently, some culverts on the roads leading to Bach Dan, Tan Ly, Xa Khia villages (Lam Thuy commune); Cay Sung, Con Cung, Chuon villages (Kim Thuy commune) are flooded and isolated. Mit Cat village area (Kim Thuy commune) is flooded, affecting 10 households/52 people. The authorities have evacuated 17 households, 78 people in Tan Ly village (Lam Thuy commune) to a safe place.
Many areas of regenerated rice were deeply flooded.
By the morning of June 13, Le Thuy district had more than 982 hectares of fish and rice fields; more than 18 hectares of fish ponds; more than 1,411 hectares of summer-autumn rice; 366 hectares of winter-spring rice; more than 7,152 hectares of regenerated rice and 212 hectares of vegetables flooded.
It is known that Le Thuy district currently has 28 reservoirs, 32 dams, with a total capacity of over 141 million m2 . Of which, 5 reservoirs with a capacity of over 119 million m3 are managed by the Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited and 23 medium and small reservoirs are managed by the People's Committees of communes and towns. Currently, the reservoirs in the district have reached 90% of the design capacity and the water has overflowed (Minh Tien, Khe Thang, O Ro, Da Lam reservoirs, Thai Thuy commune).

* In Quang Ninh district, information from the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control and Disaster Prevention of Quang Ninh district said that by 8:30 a.m. on June 13, due to the impact of heavy rain, many traffic routes to villages in Truong Son commune were partially cut off.
Truong Son commune authorities have placed traffic prohibition signs on some roads leading to villages in the area.
Specifically, Truong Son commune has 6 villages, including: Trung Son, Doc May, PLoang, Rin Rin, Hoi Ray, and Nuoc Dang. Currently, many roads leading to the villages in Truong Son are still deeply flooded.
Heavy rains also caused landslides on the Ho Chi Minh Highway section through Truong Son Commune (near Chan Troong Village, Km115+700). Local authorities have placed warning signs for people and vehicles not to pass through flooded and landslide-affected areas.

In addition, due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain, more than 2,383 hectares of rice, 112 hectares of crops, and 50 hectares of unharvested winter-spring rice were deeply flooded; 10 fish cages and 5 oyster rafts were swept away.

The Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control and Disaster Prevention of Quang Ninh district has directed localities to continue to closely monitor the area, grasp the situation to report and handle situations when incidents occur; mobilize forces to block off and resolutely not allow people to pass through deep flooded tunnels.

* In Dong Hoi City, as of the morning of June 13, due to heavy rain, nearly the entire area of rice and newly sown summer-autumn rice in the area was flooded and damaged.

According to initial data compiled by the City People's Committee, 622/764 hectares (81.4%) of rice and newly sown rice were flooded. Of which, Dong Phu ward was flooded with 26 hectares (regenerated rice 11 hectares); localities with newly sown rice flooded include: Duc Ninh 175 hectares, Nghia Ninh 120 hectares, Loc Ninh 147 hectares, Bac Nghia 87 hectares, Duc Ninh Dong 35 hectares, Nam Ly 15.4 hectares, Thuan Duc 2 hectares, Phu Hai 15 hectares.

* In Bo Trach district, according to a quick report from the District Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control and Disaster Prevention, by 8:30 a.m. on June 13, due to heavy rain, many roads in the district were flooded, cut off, and had landslides.
Many roads in Hung Trach commune (Bo Trach) were deeply flooded.
Specifically, the road from Hoa Trach commune to Dai Trach commune is flooded 0.5m. Many roads from the villages to the center of Lien Trach commune are flooded, some areas are about 1m deep. Road 562 (Road 20 Quyet Thang) from Phong Nha town to Thuong Trach commune, at Km15 is flooded, currently impassable.

The road to Ha Mon village, My Son village, Cu Nam commune is flooded 0.5-1m deep. The overflow bridge to Ngon Rao village, Xuan Trach commune is flooded 0.4m. Ca Roong underpass, Thuong Trach commune is flooded 1m, separating Ca Roong 1 village and But village. Ben Trooc underpass, Phuc Trach commune is nearly 1m deep. Xuan Son market, Phong Nha town currently has some locations with water about 15-20cm deep. At the deeply flooded roads, local authorities have sent forces to block and place warning signs.

Due to heavy rain from June 11 to now, there have been a number of landslides in the district. At Km36, Provincial Road 562 (Road 20 Quyet Thang), the route from Phong Nha town to Thuong Trach commune, there was a landslide. At Km565+900, Provincial Road 561 (National Highway 15), the section through Cu Nam commune, heavy rain caused landslides in the road corridor, causing traffic safety problems. Currently, localities have coordinated with relevant units to warn people and vehicles, and promptly take action.
In addition, many crop areas were also deeply flooded, of which the sown rice area was flooded about 2,500 ha/2,670 ha, accounting for 95% of the sown area.

* In Minh Hoa district , on June 13, news from the People's Committee of Tan Hoa commune (Minh Hoa) said that local authorities and functional forces are trying to search for two people who went missing while catching frogs.
Authorities are trying to find the two missing sisters.
It is known that the two missing people are sisters: Ms. Truong Thi Duc, 63 years old and Ms. Truong Thi Du, 59 years old, both living in Yen Tho village, Tan Hoa commune (Minh Hoa).
Previously, on the evening of June 12, Ms. Duc and her sister and another woman went fishing in the river area. However, when they passed the overflow, they were swept away by the water, one of them was lucky enough to swim to shore.
Currently, local authorities are mobilizing maximum people and means to search for the missing people.
