At Bien Hoa station, the peak tide on the morning of October 25 reached 1.83m, appearing at 6am, below alert level 2. The peak tide is forecast to remain at alert level 1 (1.80m) on October 25 and 26 (ie September 5 and 6 of the lunar calendar), with peak tides occurring during the day at around 6-7am and 7-8pm. The peak tide will gradually decrease in the following days.
Warning: Low-lying areas along the river in the lower reaches of the Dong Nai River, in the wards and communes of Tri An, Tan An, Trang Dai, Tan Trieu, Bien Hoa, Tran Bien, Long Hung, Phuoc Tan, Tam Phuoc, An Phuoc, Nhon Trach, Dai Phuoc, Phuoc An in Dong Nai province and neighboring areas are at risk of flooding due to high tides.
It is necessary to guard against the possibility of heavy rain combined with floods causing inundation and landslides on river banks and low-lying areas in the above wards and communes.
