In 2024, the total number of passengers passing through Cam Ranh International Airport will reach more than 6.8 million (over 4.2 million international passengers, nearly 2.6 million domestic passengers), an increase of 119.88% compared to 2023. The airport's total revenue in 2024 is estimated at more than 666.1 billion VND, contributing nearly 33.3 billion VND to the budget.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan said that in 2024, Khanh Hoa's aviation and tourism industries achieved positive results. In 2024, the total number of visitors is estimated to reach more than 10.8 million, an increase of 49.03% over the same period, exceeding the 2024 plan by 20.6%. Of which, Cam Ranh International Airport safely served 40,044 flights with a total number of passengers passing through the port reaching 6.8 million, an increase of 20% over the same period. To achieve the above achievements, it is necessary to mention the continuous efforts of Khanh Hoa's aviation industry, clearly demonstrating the role of Cam Ranh International Airport. In 2025, Khanh Hoa province aims to welcome 11.8 million visitors. To achieve the set plan, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Cam Ranh International Airport to continue to accompany the province in researching solutions to develop new routes to Khanh Hoa, continuously improve service quality, strengthen connectivity, and share passenger data between airlines, hotels, travel companies, and destinations to attract and increase the number of visitors to Khanh Hoa, achieving the tourism industry's targets in 2025.
