Nam Dinh promotes propaganda on scientific and technological breakthroughs, innovation and digital transformation

Comrade Vu Trong Que, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Nam Dinh province, said: The Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee has issued a Plan on disseminating, propagating and implementing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo so that Party committees and Party organizations at all levels can focus on leading and directing the dissemination and propaganda of the Resolution.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department also guides the implementation of Resolution No. 57 in a comprehensive, detailed, yet scientific and simple manner so that cadres, party members and people can easily understand and implement it.

Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committees at all levels coordinate with relevant units to advise Party committees to develop plans and organize the dissemination and propaganda of Resolution No. 57 in localities and units.

On that basis, Resolution No. 57 was organized to disseminate in two forms: online conferences connecting from the Central to provincial, district and grassroots levels; and direct organization in localities for cadres and party members to quickly spread the core content of the Resolution to the entire political system, business community and people in the province.

The propaganda content focuses on highlighting the significance and importance of breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation - the prerequisite and best opportunity for our country to develop strongly in the new era, the era of national development; clearly stating the guiding viewpoints, tasks and solutions to implement the goals identified in Resolution No. 57, ensuring suitability with the situation in localities, agencies and units.

In addition, proactively grasp and forecast the ideological situation and social mood; promptly direct information, propaganda, and orient public opinion in the process of implementing Resolution No. 57; especially orienting public opinion, proactively refuting wrong views and false perceptions about digital transformation and innovation, ensuring unity within the Party, consensus among the people and the business community.

According to comrade Tran Thi Dung, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, up to now, propaganda work has been strongly deployed throughout the province. Party agencies have focused on propaganda work to quickly bring the Resolution into life; functional departments and branches all have plans to preside over and coordinate with universities, departments, institutes and localities to organize scientific seminars to implement Resolution No. 57, organize specialized training on digital technology application for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the province.

District Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Provincial Party Committees have proactively developed plans to direct Party Committees, Party organizations, and authorities to implement the Resolution to each cadre, civil servant, employee, and worker. The action program is designed to closely follow the reality of each sector and field, ensuring feasibility and high efficiency.

The Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations shall promote dissemination, dissemination and propaganda in meetings and activities to union members and people of all walks of life; encourage union members and members to actively participate in implementing the contents of the Resolution; regularly apply science and technology in production; encourage and motivate people to respond to national digital transformation.

Through recorded reality, one of the forces that has strongly participated, actively propagated, and brought Resolution No. 57 into life is the Youth Union members of Nam Dinh province.

Comrade Ngo Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nam Dinh province, said: Since the beginning of 2025, Nam Dinh Provincial Youth Union has organized 30 "Digital Popular Education" teams, 42 propaganda conferences, attracting the participation of nearly 2,500 people and youth union members; and deployed the issuance of electronic union membership books and cards throughout the province.

Notably, Nam Dinh Provincial Youth Union organized the launching ceremony of the “Online Visit Portal of General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House” in Xuan Truong District. This is a project of Nam Dinh youth to concretize the spirit of Resolution No. 57, thereby contributing to the implementation of the Party, State and province's policies on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, associated with promoting national cultural and historical values.

According to the assessment of Nam Dinh provincial leaders and a large number of visitors and experiencers of the “Online Visit Portal of General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House”, this is a step forward in the digitalization of traditional education, bringing a new way of experiencing relics, helping the younger generation approach history in a more modern and attractive way; at the same time, it also affirms the pioneering role of Nam Dinh youth in the digital transformation.
