Comrade Tran Anh Dung, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province, said that the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province has just sent a document to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee to report and ask for opinions on the investment policy of the landscape axis road project connecting Nam Dinh city (Nam Dinh) with Hoa Lu city ( Ninh Binh ).
The route is expected to have a total length of about 43.8km and synchronous construction of works on the route. It is a group A project, invested by the Nam Dinh Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board.
In which, the main route from Ring Road 2, Nam Dinh City (Nam Dinh) to Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoa Lu City (Ninh Binh) is about 20.7km long, designed according to the standard of a grade 1 plain road, with a design speed of 120km/h and a cross-section of about 130.5m; including a 6-lane main route and an 8-lane side road; site clearance with a cross-section of about 200m.
Expanding and constructing new Nam Dinh City Ring Road 2, connecting branch roads with a total length of about 23.1km (of which the Nam Dinh City Ring Road 2 expansion section is about 18km long; connecting branch roads are about 5.1km long); designed according to 8-lane urban road standards, with a cross-section of about 71m, sidewalks on each side 10m wide; clearing land with a cross-section of about 100m.
The total investment of the project is expected to be about 29 trillion VND, from the Nam Dinh provincial budget, the source of land use rights auction from land funds on both sides of the route and other areas, and other legal capital sources.
Implementation period from 2025 to 2030; construction start in 2026-2027; completion in 2029.
