Over the past years, under the leadership of the Party Committee, the School Board of Directors and the direction of the Political Department, the Women's Union in the School has operated in accordance with its functions and tasks and achieved many outstanding results. The Union has organized emulation movements, cultural, sports and charity activities... creating conditions for members to develop comprehensively. Cadres and members not only completed their professional tasks well but also actively contributed to the general movement, contributing to building a united and friendly environment in the unit.

Officers and members of the Women's Union of Army Officer School 1 visited the Vietnam Military History Museum to celebrate International Women's Day, March 8, 2025.

Many members are highly qualified cadres, always ready to support colleagues in work and life. Through that, the Women's Union contributes to building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive unit, meeting the criteria of "exemplary and typical".

In addition to the achievements, the activities of the Association still have some limitations. Therefore, to improve the quality of activities of the Women's Association at the Army Officer School 1 at present, it is necessary to implement a number of measures well. Firstly, strengthen propaganda and education to raise awareness for members, so that members have a deep understanding of their roles and responsibilities towards the unit. From there, promote the spirit of self-awareness, actively participate in Association activities, and link the women's movement with the political tasks of each agency, department, and unit.

In addition, it is necessary to organize thematic activities, seminars, workshops on feminism, the role of women in the Army, sharing life skills, etc. to raise awareness and skills for members. Inviting experts and people with successful experiences to share will help increase the practicality and effectiveness of education.

Members of the Women's Association of Army Officer School 1 participated in the cultural exchange performance in June 2025.

Second, training and fostering Women's Union cadres. Capacity building for the Union cadres is a key task. Organizing training courses and fostering skills such as: Event organization, communication, time management, problem solving... to help Union cadres perform well their assigned duties and tasks.

Encourage the Association's staff to participate in advanced courses on management, leadership skills and social activities to accumulate experience and apply it in practice. At the same time, the Party Committee and commanders at all levels need to pay attention to creating conditions and orienting training content in accordance with the specific tasks of the School.

Third, innovate the content and form of activities. Innovation in the way of organization is an important factor to maintain the attraction and effectiveness of the Association's activities. The contents need to be practical, linked to real needs such as: Health care, financial skills, raising children, organizing a happy family...

The Association can apply creative forms of organization such as workshops, cultural exchanges, online discussions, organizing group games, writing competitions, photo competitions... At the same time, take advantage of social networks and websites to communicate about activities, spread positive messages, and call for active participation of members.

Officers and members of the Women's Union of Army Officer School 1 participate in training in preparation for the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year.

Fourth, promote emulation, campaigns and community activities. Emulation movements are the driving force to motivate members to strive and unite. It is necessary to continue to effectively implement movements such as: "Good at public work, good at housework", "Women in the Army are pioneers and creative", "Building families of 5 no's, 3 clean's"... with specific criteria, transparent evaluation and timely rewards.

In addition, the Women's Union needs to actively participate in volunteer activities such as blood donation, supporting policy families, poor children, environmental protection, etc. Thereby, contributing to building the image of modern, responsible, humane and close-to-the-community military women.

Improving the quality of Women's Union activities at Army Officer School 1 is an inevitable requirement, closely linked to the task of building a strong and comprehensive unit. To do that, it is necessary to have the leadership of Party committees and commanders at all levels, along with the sense of responsibility, initiative and creativity of each cadre and member. Only when the Women's Union is truly a strong organization, promoting its active role, can it effectively contribute to building an "exemplary, typical" School, successfully completing all assigned tasks.
